From an experimental vineyard to its winemaking facility within a remarkable rehabilitation of Dijon's military buildings.
Here we invite you to travel into the future... you will discover one of the experimental plots in the Dijon vineyard and its winemaking facility with virtuous energy characteristics:
- 1: First stop, Le Pré Chaudois . A terroir, plant material and a cultivation route geared towards the future will allow you to understand in a concrete way the results of climate change.
- 2: The Powder Magazine. Logically, you will then have to discover the fruit of these experiments: we will then make a second stop in a unique rehabilitation of Dijon's military heritage since the grapes from this plot are vinified in one of the powder magazines of the old Dijon arsenal and already offer us a few bottles of "Bourgogne Dijon".
