The aim of this session is to acquire key concepts for designing and conducting effective communication campaigns targeting the general public .
Based on the Prochaska/Di Clemente model (transtheoretical model of change), communication will be positioned in the stages of the change process, thus enabling us to understand how individuals evolve and what specific strategy to adopt depending on each stage.
The key concepts of communication (target audience, appropriate vectors, stage of change) will be addressed and small group work will put these concepts into practice.
