Since 2023, the BDBFC evaluation committees, organised by Terragilis, have brought together the actors of city making around exemplary projects.
These free meetings, open to all and true highlights of the BDBFC approach , bring together project teams, experts and professionals to discover and evaluate construction or rehabilitation operations at different stages – design, construction site or use – and thus broaden the horizons of the profession towards sustainability.
The BDBFC commissions aim to evaluate and advance Sustainable Building projects in our territory and to share these experiences.
They thus constitute an innovative and stimulating space for exchange and collective learning.
During this workshop, you will be able to:
- Discover an original method of collective acculturation based on group dynamics
- Benefit from concrete feedback from professionals and project owners presenting their operations and design choices;
- Benefit from advice given by committee members and from exchanges with the public.
This BDBFC evaluation committee will take place in 4 stages:
- Presentation of the approach and evaluation rules
- Presentation of the operation by the project team (client, project manager, BDBFC advisor)
- Dialogue and exchanges with the public and commission members with varied profiles (project owner, architect, engineer, company, expert, etc.) tasked with providing advice to move things forward.
- Public deliberation and feedback from committee members on their assessment of the project's long-term coherence.
