Discover how to develop an action plan to improve summer comfort in your commercial buildings, combining energy efficiency, effectiveness and anticipation of climate change.
This workshop offers you a clear methodology: after a concise introduction on summer comfort assessment methods, you will work in small groups on a concrete case (teaching rooms or offices), using "Solutions" cards detailing equipment, performance and expected results.
You will be provided with an allocated budget and technical and economic data to develop scenarios for a future multi-year investment plan (PPI), for executive approval. The solutions presented, based on dynamic thermal simulations (current and 2050 weather scenarios) carried out by a specialized engineering firm, are designed to be adaptable to renovated buildings.
The workshop alternates between theoretical input, collaborative work and collective feedback, for an approach that is both technical and operational.
At the end of this workshop, you will leave with concrete solutions and a methodology to develop an action plan for your buildings, aimed at adapting to climate change.
