As owners of a very large share of public buildings, with 280 million m², local authorities are faced with imperatives of energy renovation of their often aging stock, and must respond to binding regulations on the subject such as the Tertiary Eco-Energy Scheme or the revised European Energy Efficiency Directive.
To support these communities and enable them to tackle this "project of the century," local public support organizations play an undeniable role. In response to these challenges, ACTEE assists energy syndicates, inter-municipal bodies, and other local public stakeholders in structuring support services for the transition to construction work.
The aim of this workshop is to present the methods of structuring and organizing a shared support service for energy renovation work for local authorities, with a view to sharing experience.
It will allow for the presentation of technical, financial and legal support approaches to promote ambitious renovations , as well as good practices and tools that can be mobilized.
