A workshop offered by the Dijon Métropole Development Council & Dijon Métropole
Animation:
- Nicolas AUMAR, director of energy strategy for Dijon Métropole.
- Elisabeth DOUNON, vice-president of the Dijon Métropole development council.
- Citizens from the development council.
Led by citizens from the Development Council and the director of energy strategy for Dijon Métropole, this one-hour workshop is aimed at decision-makers in local authorities wishing to structure or strengthen their energy sobriety strategy by integrating citizen participation.
Based on work carried out by a group of citizens over several months and analysis by the community, the workshop will propose:
- a presentation of the triggers for action identified by residents, compared with the perspective of the metropolis,
- the analysis of the conditions (regulatory framework, political arbitration, incentives, support, governance, communication) for joint implementation.
A discussion period will allow participants to compare these elements with local realities.
The objective is to equip decision-makers at all levels to transform the ambition of energy sobriety into concrete, effective and socially sustainable actions, while ensuring both their operational feasibility and their citizen support.
