The energy transition has become a systematic component of all regional development projects, and local elected officials have fully embraced the challenges of transforming their energy mix. Beyond mandatory planning exercises (SRADDET, PCAET, ZAENR, etc.) and faced with the increasing challenge of public acceptance, the question of benefits for the region and its inhabitants has become paramount.
From this perspective, value sharing cannot be limited to financial considerations. Renewable energy producers have learned to surround themselves with partners who support project development to amplify positive externalities. Citizen participation, employment, social inclusion, educational initiatives, and more are all areas that can increase the positive impact of renewable energy projects and share it with all stakeholders.
We propose to discuss this with:
- CVE: an independent renewable energy producer, who will discuss several successful experiences.
- Shared Energy: an organization specializing in citizen participation
- Pluricité: a player in the social and solidarity economy; Pluricité is a consulting firm specializing in integration issues.
- Démopolis: a consulting agency specializing in consultation and value creation in local areas
