Come and discover by example a simplified Real Estate and Energy Master Plan: Real Estate and Energy Management Consulting, tested by various structures in Auvergne Rhône Alpes and Occitanie (Energy Syndicates, …).
In this game, you will be part of the newly elected town council of the small town of Ploudelac. Faced with aging buildings and the town's high energy bills, the mayor wants to launch a heritage renovation project and needs appropriate support.
Your mission: In a constrained budgetary context and with local climate vulnerability (floods, etc.), you will develop the municipality's multi-year heritage strategy. You will implement a methodology to understand the heritage and plan actions (renovations, changes of use, sales, etc.), taking into account users and the political will of your mayor.
