A significant part of the Greater Paris Metropolis is subject to a heritage protection perimeter .
In a dense and particular urban context, with the DRAC Ile-de-France and in connection with its partners, the Metropolis has initiated since 2021 a space for dialogue with the Architects of the Buildings of France (ABF) of its territory, in order to facilitate as early as possible the reconciliation between preservation of heritage and energy renovation .
Faced with new resilience challenges, this collaborative approach explores technical solutions that will impact the future urban landscape . Through proactive dialogue, the partners aim to avoid future issues related to site planning when submitting planning applications, thereby saving valuable time for those involved in renovation projects. This approach fosters better mutual understanding, ultimately leading to successful project implementation.
During this workshop, the Metropolis will testify on concrete actions carried out on the public heritage of the communities and the stock of private housing (consultation of the ABF from the genesis of a solar project or renovation of metropolitan scale, implementation of energy diagnostics of heritage, training of France renov' advisor in connection with the ABF, ...).
Local partners, key players in the field, will share their experiences regarding the specific heritage context of the area and their contribution to the project .
