The energy transition requires budgetary visibility and sustained action over time. To move from planning to implementation, Dijon Métropole relies on a multi-year investment strategy based on program authorizations (PAs). These authorizations structure the funding necessary for energy renovation, the Global Performance Contract (GPC), the solarization plan, the modernization of the energy recovery unit (ERU), and low-carbon mobility.
The local authority also utilizes public service delegations (DSP) for district heating networks, which are key drivers for the production and distribution of renewable and recovered energy. SEM Énergies supports the metropolitan area and local stakeholders in implementing major renewable energy projects, fostering cooperation and shared investment.
The workshop will demonstrate how this integrated governance enables the securing, planning, and acceleration of investments in the territorial energy transition. ECODIGO will show how these strategies help secure supplies, while AMORCE will present the levers for supporting and scaling up these investments.
