Do you dread the fateful moment each year when you have to submit the indicators for your projects or ecological transition plans?
Does the mere mention of the words "indicators, data, reporting..." fill you with perplexity, or even anxiety? Look no further, this workshop is for you!
Join us to take a step back on this subject, exchange ideas and concretely test collective approaches, whether in terms of internal and external organization, or tools to overcome the difficulties frequently posed by reporting on your public policies for ecological transition.
Building on two years of experimentation on the subject, the Dunkirk Urban Community and Efficacity propose to share and test in a serious game format the questions and reflections addressed during collective working sessions with around thirty CUD services involved in the project.
The tools used will also be demonstrated at the very end of the workshop. Ready to play?
