2026-06-23 | 03:30 PM - 04:45 PM | Savigny Hall

Information

A workshop offered by Métropole Rouen Normandie
Animation:
  • Stéphane BELLOUIN, Head of the private residential housing renovation strategy, Rouen Normandy Metropolitan Area
  • Cécilia GODIN, in charge of structuring professional sectors for the energy transition, Rouen Normandy Metropolitan Area
Energy renovation is a shared priority, but financing remains a structural obstacle. Third-party financing is a potential solution, provided it is adapted to the realities of each region.
This workshop does not aim to present a “turnkey” model, but to position itself as a catalyst for existing practices and a space for anticipating future developments.
Following a brief overview, a presentation of our existing home renovation support services, and a sharing of other existing resources with the represented regions (support programs for the public, connections with professional networks, financing), participants will engage in an interactive plenary session using real-time participatory tools. Through several structured questions, they will be invited to express their views, react, and collectively enrich the discussions.
This dynamic will allow for the live identification of:
  • the essential prerequisites,
  • the key success factors,
  • recurring obstacles,
  • and possible alternatives depending on the territorial contexts.
The workshop will result in the production of an operational checklist, allowing each participant to assess the maturity of their territory and identify appropriate pathways.
Objective: to leave with a concrete and actionable framework for structuring a territorial third-party financing offer.
