With the arrival of a new mandate, project managers play a key role in supporting elected officials and structuring territorial projects .
This workshop aims to provide them with concrete tools to facilitate dialogue with elected officials, develop skills, draw inspiration from good practices and effectively organize the implementation of actions within their community.
Objectives of the 2026 workshop:
- Building relationships with elected officials (and internally): creating relationships to initiate trust, identifying expectations related to the new program, adapting one's message, building a relationship of trust.
- Helping to build a political and strategic vision: structuring a roadmap linked to the priorities of the mandate, making TE a condition for success
- Strengthening skills & Finding inspiration: developing solid arguments, gaining expertise on territorial issues, where to look for concrete examples and how to value them?
- Facilitating the transition to action: defining key steps, mobilizing resources, and managing projects effectively
