A collaborative workshop to build together the timeline and fresco of support for business transitions.
A fun way to identify the major stages of the transition based on the Negawatt scenario and to detail each stage in sub-stages by associating the resource structures and support mechanisms (Bpi Diag, Heat Fund, Local Schemes…).
