After a long wait, the new French Energy and Climate Strategy (SFEC) has finally been published. It brings together three pillars of national energy and carbon planning: the National Low-Carbon Strategy (SNBC), the Multiannual Energy Programme (PPE), and the Energy Programming Law. Together, they redefine France's trajectory for climate and energy.
