We all have data, observatories, sometimes even dashboards. But are they truly embraced by local stakeholders and useful for changing practices, building a shared culture, and guiding the transition?
This workshop focuses on understanding how data can become a shared language, a tool for appropriation, and a concrete lever for accelerating the ecological and energy transition. Using examples from Opteer, facilitated by Atmo Bourgogne Franche-Comté, and the platform co-developed by Dijon Métropole and EIFER, we will work together to address your own specific challenges: what data do you need, when, for what purposes, and with what governance?
In small groups, we will share your specific situations: making decisions objective, following an action plan, articulating the vision for the region's transition, persuading internal stakeholders, or mobilizing partners. We will also share what is hindering progress, the trade-offs to be made, and the pitfalls to avoid. The workshop will culminate in a checklist of recommendations that local authorities can reuse.
