Transport, building heating, agriculture, industry: who emits what, where and in what proportions? Thanks to the territorial air-climate-energy inventories produced by the Approved Air Quality Monitoring Associations (AASQA), local authorities now have a very precise map of greenhouse gas emissions, air pollutants and energy consumption, sometimes down to the neighborhood level.
This information makes it possible, for example, to identify the most emitting road axes, the sectors where energy renovation will have the most impact, the areas where wood heating weighs on air quality, or the territories where renewable energies should be developed as a priority.
In this solution-oriented workshop, we will see how this data becomes a true management tool for local authorities . Through several case studies from different regions, discover how it is used to prioritize actions within Territorial Climate, Air and Energy Plans (PCAETs), guide mobility and planning policies, target investments, and concretely measure progress. Because data is not just for diagnosis: it informs decisions and accelerates action.
You will leave with concrete examples, simple methods to use this data in your area and ideas that can be immediately used to strengthen your climate and energy policies.
