In terms of mobility, as in all sectors, we will have to question our needs, be frugal, share our vehicles, travel together and also extend the life of our equipment by modifying the engine, rely on local resources and be autonomous to maintain and renew our fleets.
Local authorities and some private actors are committed to deploying bioNGV refueling stations, relying on mixed economy companies and their subsidiaries to offer this alternative to the transport, courier, public works, construction, and agricultural sectors.
Farmers have committed to producing biomethane from agricultural by-products, freeing up space for main crops and generating many other positive environmental consequences. Let's fully utilize the potential of this local energy source, giving us true self-sufficiency. Europe must take into account the pragmatic and effective choices made by its regions.
