Levers that work.

Energy-efficient home renovations remain a central theme of the energy transition, aimed at reducing our carbon emissions, lowering energy bills, and improving residents' comfort in both winter and summer. This year, the focus will be on privately owned condominiums.

From mobilizing co-owners to securing funding, what are the keys to success? What solutions are suitable for what types of housing and what profiles of residents?

Project development, funding sources, contributions from sociology: we will explore different levers through examples of successful local public policies, and the sharing of difficulties encountered by territories.

Management unions, local authorities, experts and partners will debate the conditions for success and levers that work to make progress on this issue, a real sea serpent of public policy.

Speakers:
  • Alice MORCRETTE, representative of the Serafin network, and head of the energy efficiency department for the Picardy Region
  • Frédéric DELHOMMEAU, Director of the Housing and Energy division of the Paris Climate Agency
  • 2 other elected officials to be confirmed.
