- Hadrien Rouchette (Ingénieur diplômé de Phelma – Grenoble INP) est chef de projet pour la transition énergétique à Dijon métropole, où il pilote la mise en œuvre locale du projet européen H2020 RESPONSE, dédié au développement de quartiers à énergie positive. Il coordonne notamment la transformation du quartier Fontaine d’Ouche, démonstrateur majeur de la transition énergétique intégrée et de production locale d’énergies renouvelables pour atteindre la neutralité carbone.
