- Dr. Monjur Murshed is a Senior Project Manager at the European Institute for Energy Research (EIFER) and leads the EU-funded H2020 RESPONSE project. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in smart and sustainable city initiatives and a multidisciplinary background in urban planning, geoinformation system, economics and management, he is dedicated to advancing climate neutrality and shaping the future of sustainable urban development in Europe.
